Yes, for sure. My wife is super sensitive, me, not as much. She has been Celiac for 10 years, and I just recently was diagnosed. Quite crazy that a husband and wife would be both Celiac, but we are. I've been watching out for her for 10 years, and then I get it. We joke that she's contagious. LOL -

Unless they've changed their means and methods, I wouldn't risk it. Observing the workers, they will handle a flour tortilla and then grab a handful of lettuce. Cross contamination would be likely in this scenario.
