Does any experience nausea with any of these ingredients? I have been struggling and my symtoms are mild nausea (I don't vomit) fatique and sometimes migraine.
I ame looking for rice flakes that aren't cross contaminated to use in making oat free granola. Does anyone know of a brand? Also I see that some people just used puffed rice cereal, but it seems like that wouldn't be sturdy enough to withstand the mixing without crumbling. Any ideas out there? Thanks!

Thanks Wheatwacked. My D is normal. I take B12, B6, and a bone health supplement (I'm 67) that has K1, Calcium, Magnesium, and a bunch of other things. But no thiamine. But I will have my doc add it to my next blood draw. Thanks for the info WW!
