Umm...Sam's is NOT gluten-free. They are made here in Tampa where I live. At my first Celiac support meeting the leader warned us about Sam's bakery. And sure enough the next time I went to the health food store, I read the label and it says that it is manufactured in a facility with wheat and they do not take any precautions and therefore do not claim...

That my dear would indicate CELIAC disease. There are a few other rare reason your villi would be flattened or partially flattened too. BUT THIS IS NOT NORMAL!! Did you have Celiac bloodwork done too? -
Boiled millet has a glycemic index of around 70-80 (depending on the lab) which is in the HIGH range. Millet flour cooked is even higher at around 107 (more than PURE GLUCOSE!!!). Barley and parsley sound similar phonetically. She is sooooo confused. I avoid their products anyway because of the oats. I use mostly Dove and Burt's Bees that I know are safe.

For some scar tissue that is palpable, massage works. I still have the apendectomy scar and there is scar tissue attached that makes it pull in...I have a dip in my belly there. But it is much better as I had a massage therapist who worked it for months.

I had massive adhesions as well and BM's and intercourse were agonizing. They did a laparoscopy and cleaned it all up. The surgeon said I might need to re-do it in 10 years. That was nearly 20 years ago and I am still fine.

What is an EGD? I have adhesions all over in my abdominal cavity from an appendectomy when I was 13. It had actually ruptured, so they did "exploratory" and left those scars.

We use McCormick as they will list any wheat/gluten. However, I just looked at my MC garlic powder and it is "Made In China".......I dont put anything past Chinese manufacturers. Could be anything in there. But I have not reacted to it.

Ive been in and out of ENT's offices. Fluid in the ear. Fluid not responding properly. Possible Minniers. Tinnitis. Weird pressure sensations. Conincidence?
