I agree. But I think people interpret their illness after alcohol ingestion as a gluten problem instead of seeing it as a response to alcohol ingestion. -

Over and over again, I hear people say that they are suffering from alcohols that are being touted as gluten-free. What I think people forget is that ALCOHOL is actually a toxin (that is a bit of the reason people get drunk). It really does cause problems that are outside the usual gastroenteropathy of gluten ingestion in the celiac. It's like saying...
