    This is so true. It is amazing how little you can see from the stage. Often you can not even hear the audience that well. Really helps if your the kind that is nervous in front of crowds.

    Personally, I do not like those. They leave a film on everything in the room. I do not know what that film is, but I sure rather not breath it in. I much perfer cool mist, even if you have to keep up with the wicking filter.

    How were you diagnosed with the parasite? What kind of tests are done for that? I know little to nothing about this area of medicine so would love to hear more.

    This might be a sily question, but you sure it not just ink from a stamp or package or the like? That sound liek the color they use at least...and your hand would be the most likely place for it...

    Yes we use... Colgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke that we get at the local food store. Thier site lists it as Gluten Free and MSG free.

    All Kroger store brand pancake syurps are gluten-free as per a call to them last month.

    Some ppl react to splenda, and it has GI symptons much like celiac, but does no damage.

    Natural Flavoring should ALWAYS be a red flag, until you know what the source of the flavoring is. As for Vingar, there is more to Vingar then just what is distilled.. Alot of ppl have problems with YEAST, again, and I want to repeat this so that others that come across this thread months from now see it, just becuase you react to a food does not...

    Stardust, If your reacting to somthing, it does not mean it has gluten in it. Many ppl on this site react to vingar, but its becasue they have a problem (and sounds like you do) with vingars and not gluten. Just like many Celiacs will react to MILK or NUTS or YEAST or some other food. It just a fact of life that many celiacs have more then one intolernce...
