  1. My 5 year old gets red cheeks and ears too...I've read it could be allergies, but we haven't had my son allergy tested as of yet. We need to though, b/c I'm sure he's sensitive to other foods. Last summer, he ate some strawberries, and within 5 minutes his cheeks and ears were bright red. When...
  2. I just discovered BB's lip shimmers, I love them! I want one in each color.....they are moisturizing, and taste like peppermint
  3. Honestly, I'm not sure there is anything yet that is really like Cheezits or Goldfish. I haven't found any gluten free crackers that we like, and none that are geared towards kids.....Glutino crackers are okay, but they are so pricey for such a tiny bag I just can't buy them!!!! There are some...
  4. Count me in the short pinky club. I used to be so proud of my long slender fingers, but now I learn that even my pinky is shorter than it's supposed to be.
  5. Wellshire farms nuggets and corn dogs got us too. I *thought* it might have been those that were making my dd sick, but I kept second guessing myself b/c the package said gluten free. Our diet is hard enough w/out companies knowingly putting out gluten free product that are contaminated. And...
  6. We are a sensitive bunch here too. I have had to become super vigilant in the processed foods we decide to eat, b/c my dd has not grown at all in a year. I suspect (no one shoot me down who loves their Chex) it was the small amount of gluten she was getting in Chex and other gluten free products...
  7. I think that could definately be the problem with both of your children.....I have four kids (one who was diagnosed Celiac w/biopsy) who are all gluten intolerant, and I'm on the diet myself. I didn't go on the gluten free diet until after my last daughter was born, she had some issues at birth...
  8. I would love to know thier manufacturing process too.....as for us, we aren't buying any more. My dd was acting glutened for weeks, and I could not figure it out. I finally just quit buying Chex all together, even the Rice Chex that I thought she was fine with at first. She has been her old...
  9. My dd reacts to the Honey Nut and Corn Chex....I don't think it's gluten though, but rather the whole grains b/c she's fine with the Rice Chex. I also seem to have a problem with most whole grains, we've really had to cut back on the baked goods ( I use brown rice flour) and whole grains in general...
