    I've been to the Mayo Clinic. Outstanding place. Did they test to see if you might have refractory celiac disease? This may explain why the symptoms persist but what numbers are off the charts? Are they antibodies, liver enzymes?

    So I hear a lot of back and forth on whether it's okay to drink coffee or not. There was even a back and forth from 2007 on this site. Now things are different than they were back then so I decided to put this out there. IS COFFEE SAFE FOR SOMEONE WITH celiac disease?     I'm a big soda lover too. Most soda is gluten-free to 20ppm. I personally drink too much Dr. Pepper. Why give up every thing you like? Personally, I tried the Zevia and hated it.     Turns out the reason a biopsy wasn't taken the 1st scope 6 years ago is that everything looked normal. I'm still moving along with this gluten challenge and so far nothing has changed.     Well I had the whole work up this week. Scopes on both ends appear to be normal but many biopsies were done and they're not going to be in for about a week.     My girlfriend got me a membership to Costco today because the gluten free food she heard about there. I love the Sabatasso's Pizza in the 3 pack. It's certified by the CSA which tests for under 5ppm. They had a ton and I mean a ton of other stuff marked as gluten free but we all know that really doesn't mean too much sometimes.       All of them. Diced, paste, sauce. No problems. Hunt's is a ConAgra product. ConAgra will always clearly declare any gluten ingredients. They are a very trusted company among the celiac community.

      The same goes for Kraft. Kraft will always clearly declare gluten ingredients & is also a very trusted company among the celiac community.
