    Well thanks for trying! It’s frustrating both of my girls are Celiac and I purchase this ham every year. Guess I should have checked the label! Merry xmas

    Scott: The ingredients are Ham, Pork, Water, sugars (brown sugar), honey powder (refined sugar and honey), spices, salt, modified vinegar, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbaye,sodium nitrate, smoke. The glaze is sugars (brown) honey powder, spices. Wonder if the U.S. one has same ingredients!!!

    Scott I have the ham in my freezer and there is no longer a gluten-free statement as there used to be on the front of the pkg. when I called the toll free number the fellow said if there is no gluten-free claim on the pkg then it’s not.     I recently purchased a Costco spiral ham here in Canada (honey glazed). Last year it was marked gluten free and this year it’s not! I saw a comment on Celiac.com from October 2023 discussing the ham and it mentions its marked gluten-free? Maybe now just in the U.S. and not Canada!
