    I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity and had pretty bad gastritis/esophagitis (even while taking PPIs / H2 blockers) before finally getting diagnosed. I definitely feel as though there is a link! Symptoms improved greatly after going gluten-free, to the point that I only take medicine intermittently

    Hello! I also have Raynaud's. Mine started in high school (it was very infrequent then), but has really ramped up the past two years as my immune system has started going nuts. I was diagnosed with non-celiac gluten sensitivity, but I will still get Raynaud's when I've been glutened (as well all the other crazy symptoms), or if I touch cold things, walk outside...

    Dear Poorlypixie, Your story sounds VERY similar to mine. I had been struggling for about 5 years with similar symptoms that were just getting worse and worse. I got the point where I was close to passing out just from simple tasks... relentless diarrhea (occasional bleeding), horrible GERD, headaches almost every day which progressed to migraines, anxiety...

    My symptoms will peak at around 4-5 days, and last for about 2 weeks or so. It can be really tough sometimes when you feel the symptoms coming on and realize what has happened. It's definitely a learning experience to know how careful you need to be. It gets easier with time!

    I've found that the majority of my symptoms will hit the hardest about 1.5-2 weeks after gluten consumption. From the research I've done, it seems that NCGS seems to have more immediate symptom onset, whereas celiac seems to be more delayed (since it is a delayed hypersensitivity reaction). One source was even saying that there could be a delayed reaction...
