I do not know if anyone has posted these previously, but I made them today, and they are amazing.  I did substitute 1 real egg (per the comments) for the 2 flax eggs.  I had to add a bit of water also as the batter was quite thick and dense, like fudge!  The batter, even tho it contained egg, I did taste a tiny bit and it was delicious.  I used everything else, no substitutions, per the recipe.

These were so tasty and dense and fudgy - not I nor my daughter could taste the black beans.  Knowing they are in there, as a flour substitute, I don't think you can help but approach eating them without wanting them to be a home run, but thinking they will likely be a foul.  They really are good.  Highly recommended.

You will up your protein and fiber, eliminate empty starch calories, and the amount of sugar per serving (makes 12) really isn't that bad if you aren't trying to eliminate sugar.
