Just diagnosed with Celiac beginning of last month and still learning every day.. 

I have read a lot about how taking a probiotic of some sort helps the healing process more. 

What are your suggestions everyone? or what has worked for you? I am looking for something not too too expensive, one with multiple strains of bacteria and one that doesn't need to be refrigerated? because apparently I have read that means it is better?? 

Something that's also dairy free...because I am quite certain I am one of the people who cannot tolerate dairy for a while. 

 

It's just confusing as all hell to me! And want to pick a good one, because I want to get on the best path to feeling better.
