In the past I only got this occasionally, and it was hard to relate it to gluten. Lately, I always get it the day after I eat gluten. My apologies to true celiacs, but I dont do it on purpose. Yesterday it was dried ribs which were breaded in flour-I thought there was no flour. Last week it was pasta that was supposed to be gluten free but my daughter used the wrong stuff. Anyway, strangely enough I am kind of glad. It just confirms I cant eat gluten (or casein). With all my other digestive issues masking as gluten intolerance, its kind of a relief to know I just need to avoid the gluten to feel so much better. Thanks for your thoughts. Hope everyone is enjoying summer.
