Article With Recipes

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I found this article my local newspaper and I just had to share it. I contains a nice little story about a woman with Celiac Disease and how her darling husband took to the kitchen for her... and some recipes are included.

I haven't tried them yet, but thought I would post it here.

Wish I had a husband like that -LOL! The cornstarch/sorghum looks like a good all purpose blend. What about pea flour. Does that help a good all purpose blend?

Salt? Salted butter? Condiments? I thought the article made it sound like they were all completely off limits. I had never heard of salt being prohibited. (I do buy non-iodized salt though.)
