gluten-free Cream Of Celery Soup

The other day, my sister made Tuna Noodle Casserole. I LOVED this as a kid, and hadn't had it in 6 years. So I decided to make my own. Turned out really good! So I made it again today, writing down how it did it to share :)

Note: My gluten-eating sister has tried this and says it

12 years - red dye free

6 years - gluten free

6 years - chocolate free (I miss that the most!)

5 years - caffeine free

3 years - clove free (the spice)

That sounds like a great recipe.

I've been making a gluten-free "cream of" soup following a recipe that was posted on here a few weeks ago, and using it in a slow cooker with chicken or pork chops. It's worked out pretty well, but I think the 3 tbls starch is a little much, at least for 1 cup milk. I dialed it down a touch. The first time I made it, I ended up with 1 cup of elmers glue. :o
