I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with products purchased from Little Bay Baking Co. in New Hampshire. I stumbled upon their website, and since I have multiple food allergies, I ordered their sample pack...several products are gluten,wheat,yeast,soy,casein and dairy free.....all of which I'm allergic to. I'm also interested in trying Expandex.....anyone have any experience using it? Unable to find it being sold in stores, it must be ordered online. Anything to make my life a little easier.

Guess I'll answer my own question.....their yellow cake mix made 30 cupcakes and they were delicious! Have not tried the other mixes yet, but I did place another order for their mixes. The owner of this bakery is a Celiac herself. Will experiment with Expandex when I receive Carol Fenster's newest book which has some Expandex recipes.

      Enlarged lymph nodes in neck and groin with celiac are not uncommon. They can take time to reduce even after going gluten-free. Monitoring is key.

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.
