I am going to start training for a century cycling ride and am trying to find energy bars that I can use while riding. My problem is that they not only have to be gluten free but also no more than 10grams of fat or sugar.

The Simply Bar could be a good investment if you can find them. They all are gluten-free, dairy-free, low fat, high protein and I just checked and two of the flavors are under 10 grams of sugar (Lemon coconut, which is my favorite, and the cinnamon raisin).
