Lists Of Common Cross-contamination Sources?

Besides the obvious things like cooking gluten free stuff in a gluten-ized kitchen, I need help identifying cross contamination sources in products. I recently have gone through a cross contamination thing where I got glutened for days without knowing what product it was. I know now to avoid things processed on a shared line with gluten ingredients... LOL duh, I should have know THAT!

Is there a good website for looking these things up? Any tips? I work really hard in my own kitchen to cook my food from scratch, but every now and then I'd like a pack of rice cakes, chips or something like that that is both safe and perhaps mainstream and not like $5 dollars/pack!
