Are there any regular, normal cereals that don't contain gluten but that aren't deliberately made this way?

What do you all eat for breakfast because I am really struggling and I only found out I was Celiac 1 month ago?

At the moment I am just having jam tarts and hot chocolates for breakfast...

All of the Chex cereals, except Wheat Chex, are gluten-free and the label says so.

Also Kelloggs has come out with gluten-free Rice Krispies. Boxes are well marked gluten-free on the front.

Not quite sure which types of cereal you prefer but the Chex cereals are fantastic and offer the more "adult" tates of rice and corn as well as the sugary flavors of cinnamon, chocolate, and honey nut. As well, Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles are gluten-free now, too.

I agree, all I eat is Honey Nut Chex.
