Some Info

I called nutrisystem (and don't advise it for anyone with a short temper. I got the new guy who had no clue. Doesn't help that my phone doesn't work well for calls). They do NOT have a way to accommodate us.

But, medifast ( medifast1.com ) has a gluten free plan and it is also oat free. So for those that can do corn (and some other things but I forgot what all it was. It's listed on their website) it is an option.

Just wanted to share that!
