Glutened At Outback By Wrong Dish, How Long For Symptoms To Arrive And Then To Stop?

We went to Outback on Mother's day. I ordered the gluten-free mahimahi, but the waiter brought me the wrong one with a noodle rice thing on it. I took a small bite, stupid I know and now today I barely made it to my kid's school this morning. I had to stop and bring them into CVS to poop. :( Is this common to have a reaction 3 days later and when should I be normal again and what can I do to get normal again?

I've had a reaction 3 days after. Ugh. I'm so sorry it got you. It takes me about 10 days to feel normal, and 2.5-3 weeks to be regular, but I think my case is a bit extreme. My best friend is fine after 2-3 days. Feel better! I recommend lots of herbal tea and rest. hug!
