I'm not sure if I was glutened from my magnalite pot or if I can't tolerate oranges now. I cooked rice in my magnalite pot that was washed in the dish washer so I thought it was safe and I also ate an orange for the first time in a while. What happens to me is I feel like my brain is on fire, inflammation of the nerves, for 24 hours. I just don't know which one it was and I looked in the archives and saw that oranges are too acidic in this stage for some people. Does anyone have answers about magnalite pots? It's very appreciated!

Can you tolerate other citrus fruits or tomatoes? My daughter is intolerant to citric acid, although this makes her violently sick when she eats it.

I was diagnosed with Coeliacs disease late last year and I find I cannot tolerate spicey foods, like chilli con care or curry (even fairly mild curry). I figured my gut is still healing as I have had terrible symptoms for a long time before doctors finally did biopsies for coeliac disease. So it might be with you, it takes a while for things to settle down, even when you haven't been glutened. So perhaps the acid in the orange is too much for you just now, but may improve with time?

Must of been the orange bc I looked back on my food log and I noticed I reacted to pineapple too but didn't realize it at the time. Thanks!

I'm really trying hard to stick to soup and bone marrow broth it's just so hard because of hypoglycemia, so I eat fruits. Now fruits are limited well the acidic ones. It'll come together, I pray :)
