i agree i felt that pain in center right to lower quadrant as well - especially if by accident i got glutened but it slowly subsided- once in a blue i get a twinge here and there -
take magnesium glycinate 100 mg a day it does not cause stomach issues - i bought a bottle on amazon for 16 dollars gluten free

use supplements like ashkwanda - i may have spelled it wrong and melatonin to relax and take a probiotic - i use garden of life 50 billion cfu they work wonders on ur gut and help stabilize ur poop - amazon sells them

try not to take anti depressants and focus on eating healthy and clean - i promise you things will improve - i get a hiccup here and there from time to time but i’ve never felt more energetic and healthy / ❤️

there are tons of clean food you can eat - i’ve got my kids eating some gluten free foods and they love it - it’s really not that bad

mission makes delicious gluten free wraps i use them in place of bread for tuna wraps turkey wraps and egg wraps - there are many gluten free products out there - don’t give up - it can be frustrating at first but i’ve even got my kids eating alot of gluten free things and they really can taste the difference and enjoy it -

🙏🏻❤️i hope not - if it’s one thing that terrifies me it’s getting the c word! Anybody that u know with Celiac has been doing so well lost dx while eating gluten-free so reading those articles made me cringe
