  1. I also wanted to say that for salt, I use Kosher salt and Sea Salt. They are the only ones I could find that had just "SALT" as an ingredient. Plain table salt should be gluten free, but I have read that the iodine in it can irritate DH so I stay away from plain table salt.

  5. This is good to know, even though this post is four years old. My husband had to take Barium from the EZ-EM company. Hopefully they have not changed their formula.

  7. That is good info! I usually buy the big fresh packs of meat and freeze two or three in quart size freezer bags, but your way would cut down on the number of ziplocs used.
  8. I don't know the answer because I'm not familiar with the brand, but I'm wondering if they are just chicken breasts, what could be in them that could contain gluten?
