Plenty of folks want to know if Pam cooking spray is gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease? The answer is, most but not all of their products are safe. Here's the rundown.

    Celiac.com Sponsor (A12):
For those who might not know, Pam is a brand of cooking spray made by Conagra.

Pam offers several varieties of cooking sprays including: Original, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grilling, Butter, and Baking* spray.

*Warning: "Pam Baking spray" does contain wheat flour, and is NOT gluten-free.

According to the company website, the following Pam sprays contain no gluten ingredients, and list no wheat or gluten as allergens:

    • Original
    • Avocado Oil
    • Coconut Oil
    • Olive Oil
    • Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Grilling
    • Butter Flavor

So be sure to avoid Pam Baking spray because it contains gluten, but all of their other varieties should be safe, and do not contain gluten ingredients.

As always, read labels and be sure to avoid gluten ingredients.
