This contributes to an imbalance of microbes in the GI tract, resulting in mood swings, overall fatigue and tiredness, skin irritations and an increase in sugar cravings. Beneficial gut microbes Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bifidobacteria were found to be significantly lower in fecal samples of children with celiac disease compared to controls, while unhealthy gut flora, was increased.1 This is directly related to diet and promoting the growth of the Yeast Beast.
