Sure, you could have all three issues.  We have plenty of members who have exactly those intolerances.  I am assuming you have celiac disease.  Have your antibodies been re-checked several times over the last six years?    Your lactose and fructose intolerances might be due to active celiac disease (flare-up).   They could just be temporary.

In the meantime, a visit to a dietitian could be very beneficial.

0/  Yeah I have been lactose intolerant for over 10 years, celiac was dia. over 3 years ago, and I got Ulcerative Colitis Dia. this feb, well in my case the flare ups are caused by fructose, glucose and some carbs.  So yeah stuff can happen, I live a paleo/keto diet finally putting on weight again and healing.   BTW lactose intolerance and celiac go hand in hand as the enzyme to break down lactose is made by the tips of the villi which are destroyed and damaged first.

Diagnosed Issues
Celiac (Gluten Ataxia, and Villi Damage dia. 2014, Villi mostly healed on gluten-free diet 2017 confirmed by scope)
Ulcerative Colitis (Dia, 2017), ADHD, Bipolar, Asperger Syndrome (form of autism)
Allergies Corn, Whey
Sensitivities/Intolerances
Peanuts (resolved 2019), Cellulose Gel, Lactose, Soy, Yeast
Olives (Seems to have resolved or gone mostly away as of Jan, 2017), Sesame (Gone away as of June 2017, still slight Nausea)
Enzyme issues with digesting some foods I have to take Pancreatic Enzymes Since mine does not work right, additional food prep steps also
Low Tolerance for sugars and carbs (Glucose spikes and UC Flares)
Occupation Gluten Free Bakery, Paleo Based Chef/Food Catering
