I think if you make a meal using whole foods that are unprocessed, this should be easy, just do not add any salt/sodium to the meal and instead use spices or spice mixes to add flavor. I know this answer may not be what you're looking for, but something as simple as steamed broccoli, a baked potato, and a piece of salmon fried in a pan would likely fit the bill (although my wife would tell me to substitute baked sweet potatoes for the potato).
