What did your doctor recommend?  Since this is a celiac forum, we follow a gluten free diet because it is the only known treatment for celiac disease or Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity.

Do you belong to a support group for your condition? While we are a gi support group for Celiac/NCGS as cycling lady stated our diet is gluten free.

I am sorry our forum would not be able to recommend a diet for you. Contacting your Dr may help you find the best foods to start with, or perhaps he or she can refer you to a nutritionist if you ask.

Perhaps this link can help you find/choose a support group for your specific condition from the ones they have listed.

Lastly soy is a top 8 allergen and should be listed on food labels example (contains soy.) Did your allergist that diagnosed you provide you with an avoidance list?

This link below reviews soy allergy information and can help you in talking with your Dr. about your questions and concerns

I am sure it is overwhelming for you with all 3 challenges. I do hope things improve for you soon best wishes.
