Just got some Schar Frollini cookies in the mail. They are really good--and taste really similar to the butter cookies you can get in the tins at Christmas time. Yum-give them a try! They don't have dairy in them either. Slightly sweet. Would make a good formal entertaining cookie too. Just wanted to share! :D PS-gluten-free Trading Company and the gluten-free Pantry sell them.

Sounds yummy!

I am forever searching for a good gluten free cookie without soy and dairy.

Some of the gluten free cookies on the market are so awful, they taste like cardboard or chalk, or have a bitter aftertaste or the ingredients don't seem to meld together. It's so exciting to find a keeper!
