As I read through some of these forums I have had to relook at my diet numerous times. I thought we couldn't have dextrin, yet someone wrote we could. Someone said Kraft cheese had gluten, yet when I call the company they say it is 100%gluten free and that they would list it if it was on there. Someone else wrote that both Kahlua and Irish Cream have gluten, yet again the company says no. How are we supposed to be gluten free if we can't even get information. How are we supposed to know???????? I have been doing this for awhile and am still being thrown for loops. No wonder everyone feels like pulling their hair out. Is there a reliable book or site to go on to figure this out?
