can anyone tell me if julian graves seeds and nuts are safe, im haveing a reaction when i eat them so was wonderif its a CC issue or whether i cant tolerate seeds anymore.


married with 3 boys, maclain, dylan and finlay. symptoms for more than 10 years but only diagnosed may 06. lactose and casien intolerant may 06.

It would seem that alot of their products are produced in a factory where other gluten items are produced.

It could be CC :(

all thire products say packed in an enviroment where gluten and wheat are, but this doesnt help me come up with whether or not its a cc prob or if its the seeds i cant tolerate. does anyone here eat stuff from hulia graves? do you know id tescos or any better with a cc issue. i miss my bananna chips :(
