Chropractic - Massage

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

my husband has been gluten free since july - doing fine, no intestine/stomach pain other than ticling feeling - only the neurological sympthoms left - few weeks ago started chropactic, seems like it is working, he says it helps him with the neurological sympthoms. but I was wondering if anyone tried it before. did you?

hm, i've gotten massages periodically over the years. i know it helps me a lot because i let my stress build up inside me, and it affects me physically. i always sleep better after a massage. the only time i didn't fully enjoy a massage was after being glutened, it hurt to lay on my bloated stomach for an hour.

i have found that reflexology really helps me when i feel sick though :)

i don't know if this helps, but that's my personal expperience. i've thought about pursuing more of a chiropractic avenue, or acupressure maybe.
