    hmm, interesting. i'm potato intolerant, i might have to look for this to try in some recipes that call for potato starch.

    I went to the RFC last month when I was in Vegas. The waitress had the chef come down and talk with me about my options. There weren't many, but they did make me a good cedar plank salmon. They didn't have much else to go with it, just a small (kinda boring) salad, but the fish was yummy Wish I'd had some chips or a baked potato to go along with it

    i work for a TMJ specialist, and he recommends to any patient suffering from food allergies to take benadryl because we do have a lot of histamine in us when we have an allergic reaction. i have yet to go out and get some, but would like to see how it helps next time i get glutened.

    yeah i believe the gluten-free ones say gluten-free on the front. i think the other ones are flavored w/ malt (of course)...i accidently picked some up once

    yes, erwhon (sp?) makes rice crispies. be careful b/c they make gluten-free and regular ones, be sure to get the gluten-free ones. I really like them. I also like New Morning's cocoa crispies. Not too sweet. I like to mix them with the regular ones, and eat them like that. making them into treats like that is good too!

    That's nice of them. Don't have a safeway around here, but I emailed Western Family, and got a similar response in the mail. Several pages listing everything that's gluten-free that the company makes. Very helpful!
