Does anyone have a recipe for indian Fry bread?

I work for the area tribe and this is the one thing I miss the most! I see people eating it ALL the time! A recipe would be great! Thanks

Try using a traditional recipe (sorry, can't help you there) and substituting the following flour mix: 3 parts white rice, 2 parts potato starch, 1 part tapioca starch. Add 1 teaspoon of xantham gum per 1-1/2 cups flour used. You can sub this mix cup for cup for all purpose flour. :) Hope that helps.

I think I'll have to try that! Just the other day I was thinking about a Navajo taco, from the olden days before Celiac. Hope it works for everyone. :rolleyes:
