I am brave enough to make my own bread but only if I use a mix and a bread machine. Which mixes are the best? I assume Gluten Free Pantry is good. Any other suggestions?

Hi 'sammers1',

If you would like to try from scratch, I have a whole series of Recipes for bread, cakes etc

on my website they even come with photo's so you can see what they should look like.

.

When I saw the topic title I thought he's someone that wants to bake 'REAL BREAD',

but to me that would involve using a recipe not a packet !

.

Maybe this is the time to get 'REALLY BRAVE' and do it from scratch ?

.

Either way have a look at the site it well worth a visit access via my profile.

.

Best Regards,

David

I have to say I prefer bread made from scratch! Plus it's ALOT cheaper than buying a bread machine that A)is hard to run B) may not work the best for gluten-free breads.
