Yeah.... corporate, industrialized organics aren't the best these days. There's a book called The Omnivore's Dilemma that touches on the story behind General Mills' acquisition of Cascadian Farms. It's a really crazy story. I couldn't believe it when I read it.

Wow, I didn't realize that GM owned Cascadian Farms. They are one of my favorites for a few things. I'll have to see if the library has the book. I'd like to read it. Natalie Portman was just talking about that book yesterday morning on GMA.
