Hi There,

I'm just wondering if some of you would like to share your experiences with the SCD or variations.

I've been gluten-free for almost a year and a half but still trying to feel better.

I tried the diet about a year ago but it was really hard. I'm not sure if I'm a good candidate because I'm pretty sure I can't tolerate eggs, I'm really sensitive to dairy including yogurt, and usually feel worse if I eat too many fruits and veggies or too much fiber- I eat a lot of rice and other gluten-free grains. Still, I'm curious because it seems like a lot of people have had success.

So, for people who are lactose intolerant could you tolerate the homemade yogurt? Did you find that some of your other food intolerances went away? And did your body adjust to the increased fiber?

Are there any other "healing diets" that you would recommend?

Any advice is appreciated!
