Does It Restart My Progress?

Last Saturday I had some tater tots from Sonic (claimed to be gluten free and have it's own designated frier), and they obviously hurt my stomach. This bummed me out because I had been trying so hard on my diet, and I didn't even really want those tots... And it made me think all my gluten-free progress had been lost. Is this true? Does having just a little gluten mean you have to start back from day one if you're on, for example, day 10? (just got diagnosed). And what kinda ways can I speed up my progress?

It is a setback, but will not take you back to square one. We all stumble at first, but you have to pick yourself up and keep going.
