I found this great website that lists the top ten foods containing various different vitamins and minerals. I went through the list this morning and was surprised at how much nutrition is in dried herbs like thyme, basil and parsley.

Anyway, isn't it great that there are SO MANY foods that pack a lot of nutrition and contain no gluten or corn? Looks like this little girl who hates to cook will be doing some experimenting.
