I have a spicy hot cheese dip. Really good with tortilla chips and, for some reason, carrots. Probably good on crackers. Is that what you are looking for? I have to get it off the other computer tomorrow.

Are you trying to make the bread or pasta? We have had some recipes posted for that. Or do you just want different " toppings" for the purchase gluten-free pasta? I've got a couple of good pasta " sauce" or toppings if that's what you are looking for?

I also like Rondele or Alouette which are basically flavored cream cheeses for crackers.

Almond butter, hummus or Sunnut butter(sunflower seed).

This has been a big hit everywhere I've taken it:

Buffalo Chicken Dip:

1 (10 ounce) can of chunk chicken (drained)

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup Ranch dressing

1/3 cup pepper sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot) (adjust to your heat preference . . . we use a smidge more than this)

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. Stir in ranch dressing and cream cheese. Cook and stir until well blended and warm. Add cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended and cheese has melted and mixture is hot. (You can do all this in the microwave as well). Transfer to dip crock pot or dip bowl or whatever you want to serve it in. (I transfer it to a little baking dish that I have that holds the heat really well and pop it in the oven until its a little bubbly so that it will stay hot for a while).

Use celery sticks, crackers, or tostitos for dipping.

Definitely not a low-cal dip, but you can use lite dressing or cream cheese and you won't notice a significant difference in the end product.
