Any tips on icing them? What type of icing would you use? I'm making small solid half eggs for the top.

Whipped ganache piped through star nozzle in a swirl looks good. Place the egg in the centre of the swirl.

I played it safe and went with butter icing. Selling them for $7 for a pack of 6, already sold 2 dozen, waiting on people to collect. Nobody was concerned when I said gluten free and vegan. Unfortunately I can't cook with wheat flour. The house has to remain gluten free. It's for a fundraiser but people will soon realise how delicious they are!

I followed a recipe on taste.com and substitued ingredients to make it gluten free and vegan. We use Orgran products, Nutellex, golden syrup as an egg replacement, Sweet Williams chocolate.
