I'm aware that a person must drink 64 oz of water every day to be "healthy". I have never been able to do this.

I can normally get about 40 or so oz but any more than that and i feel waterlogged.

I mean i try to sip on it and such but :/

I normally only drink water and an occasional glass of milk.

It's not as simple as "8 glasses a day"

It depends on how much you sweat, how watery your foods are, etc. If you eat crackers all day, yes, you should probably drink 8 glasses, if you eat fruit, soup, rice, or other water filled foods you probably need less.

If your pee is pale yellow, you're drinking enough fluid.
