    Are Cheddars tortilla chips that they serve with their queso gluten free? I can’t find this Information anywhere. Some places use corn but I wasn’t sure about Cheddars..

    Seems like sometimes mine is localized to like the left lower side and spreads all over at some point with little sharp stabbing pains.. idk if that’s gas pains or what

    Thanks! What kind of frozen meals do you buy? We don’t have a huge selection of gluten free where I live. I love meats and cheese, will have to look into the paleo diet. I’m not familiar.     I love love Frappuccino and blended coffee drinks. At a local coffee shop I get one that has espresso, whipped cream, caramel, white and milk chocolate. Sadly The last few times I have had it I have had horrible tummy trouble and been extremely nauseous. Is there something idk about here with Frappuccino drinks? Can I not have these anymore??

I believe I was misdiagnosed 6 years ago but getting anyone to help me has been a joke!! I've had to research and doctor myself somewhat.     Everything was negative except for my Ttg-IGA which is a weak positive. I should mention I have not been eating gluten

    Are there certain blood tests that have to be elevated or positive in order to have celiac? Can you have one antibody test that’s positive and everything else be negative and still be celiac? I’m very frustrated with my doc right now and trying to figure things out for myself.

    Oh there’s like nothing where I live either. I’ve had to adjust so much stuff in my life- my house is small and I don’t have the extra storage for bulk items. And I’m a single Mom with one income and a special needs kid with a special diet. So financially it’s an issue too. That would be nice…. People don’t even understand my need to eat gluten free lol

    Yes I have tried those. I don’t care for the entertainment crackers other than to bake with … they taste weird to me idk why. The table crackers I use for tuna and soup but they crumble so not good for much else lol. Ordering gets expensive and it’s almost always in bulk 🤦🏼‍♀️

    I have been doing extremely well sticking to the gluten free diet. However this last week I have had gluten, not a huge amount but still gluten. I have always had bad “allergies”.
