  2. I have been trying to keep a food journal. I had a spell like that today. I had eaten bacon and gluten free pizza. I didn’t eat until around lunch. I try to count carbs bc of my sugar issues and I also have central hypothyroidism, ptsd, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, SVT/tachycardia and palpitations, fibromyalgia

  18. I MISS hotdog and hamburger buns…. I have learned to eat burgers without a bun pretty easily but I like sloppy joes and pizza burgers and other things that really need a hamburger bun.   22. I love and miss fried pickles, all the gluten-free recipes I have found have bread crumbs/panko crumbs, well that makes them so ridiculously hard that I don’t enjoy them. I wondered about just using gluten-free cornmeal and omitting the breads crumbs but idk. Just wondering if anyone out there had any suggestions, thanks!
  23. I love and miss chicken flavored ramen noodles, I was so excited to find gluten-free rice ramen noodles (plain) at my local store. However I have no idea how to make the powder stuff that was chicken flavored to go in these noodles once cooked. Can anyone help? Thanks!
