    I feel physically and mentally absolutely terrible. My muscles are tender to touch. Im extremely exhausted. I can’t focus or work. Yesterday I was in the bathroom all day.     Thanks. I am so confused by all this. Are the regulations different here than in the UK? I live in the states but I watch people on you tube in the UK with celiac disease and a lot of the products sold there have wheat starch

    So is Digiorno gluten free pizza safe or not?? I was so excited to finally find these at a local store I bought 4. I fixed one last night and have been in the bathroom all day. Not sure if it’s the pizza or something else. But I’m feeling poorly and very discouraged 🫤

    Are Cheddars tortilla chips that they serve with their queso gluten free? I can’t find this Information anywhere. Some places use corn but I wasn’t sure about Cheddars..

    Seems like sometimes mine is localized to like the left lower side and spreads all over at some point with little sharp stabbing pains.. idk if that’s gas pains or what

    Thanks! What kind of frozen meals do you buy? We don’t have a huge selection of gluten free where I live. I love meats and cheese, will have to look into the paleo diet. I’m not familiar.     I love love Frappuccino and blended coffee drinks. At a local coffee shop I get one that has espresso, whipped cream, caramel, white and milk chocolate. Sadly The last few times I have had it I have had horrible tummy trouble and been extremely nauseous. Is there something idk about here with Frappuccino drinks? Can I not have these anymore??
