For example only certified gluten-free nuts and I've researched best brands a lot. I take B vitamins, vitamin D, vitamin C, Curcumin with black pepper, black...

I was a a 16 BMI when I was diagnosed at 18 years old. I only weighed 100 pounds. I'm pretty sure I was celiac by age one with what I know now. The doctors took so long to diagnose me because they didn't think I was underweight enough to be celiac.

They are rude and mock my food choices. My non celiac friends and family are more gracious. My family made the whole house gluten-free. Some of is really allergic to gluten but not celiac....

I have run into misinformed people thinking that underweight celiacs, especially young adult girls, chose to be that way for fashion purpose. People shouldn't judge us by how we look because they don't know what health struggles we've had. I think that with the prevalence of anorexia online many people don't know that there even are medical conditions that...- 3 comments

A few of the symptoms overlap, so it takes doctors longer to diagnose both diseases. Most specialists don't know about how the two diseases interact.
