    Very interesting about Supplementation. I was recently diagnosed with EPI which is celiac related. The drug for that is Creon. Creon comes with fat soluable supplements as a free add on. I did not know about the cancer connection. I will say Creon and the vitamins that come with it make me feel amazing.

    I believe my heart issues were deficiencies. Once I ate better, took supplements, resolved my pancreatic insufficiency issues, my heart issues went away. Could you be missing or low on any vitamins? Maybe start by checking D, B, and magnesium.

    This happened to me too. I was told I did not need an endoscopy to confirm but now I can not participate in studies. I also sometimes doubt my diagnosis. I wish I had that endoscopy.

    I had this happen to me. The neurological symptoms seemed to be brought on by inflammation caused by the virus or it’s vaccine. I stocked up on turmeric and everything else that naturally lowers inflammation and my brain fog naturally cleared. I do anything and everything natural to keep my inflammation down so I can use my brain.

    I am your symptom twin and I have celiac and EOE. EOE can be helped by swallowing an inhailed steroid. Basically I had to use a steroid inhaler, hold the puff in my mouth, then swallow it instead of breathing it in.     Some of your symptoms sound like my ulcers. I take carafate before every meal now and they are much better. I have 3 ulcers possibly caused by taking iron supplements. They are worse when I eat spicy food and dairy. I might be wrong but for your sake I hope it's just ulcers. They were found by endoscopy.

    I say cut the rice. Seeet potatoes are ok. Look at the AIP food lists.

    I have celiac and eosinaphalic esophagitis. I was put on a steroid inhaler recently. I use it like an inhaler but swallow the air instead of breathing it in. You may want to look into EOE and it's relationship to celiac. Just a thought. My swallowing and celiac seem to be related.

    My story is yours too. Now I am 42 and after many years of regularity, it is odd, I agree. It's always a surprise. An IUD helps a little. I am however not worried. I asked a few Doctors and it is all normal. I have been gluten free for one year.
