I've often wondered how many elderly in nursing homes are there because of undiagnosed celiac disease. Does anyone know of such a study? -

I was pleased to learn recently that See's Candies has black and red licorice. Not Twizzlers, but could do as a substitute? https://www.sees.com/more-treats See's chocolates are the best.
