So, I have a complaint about the general selection of gluten-free pizzas in stores.  Because MOST grocery stores these days carry pepperoni (ususally in the dairy case, next to the cheese... or in the deli). So why is it necessary to take up valuable freezer space with both Cheese Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza???

On the other hand, it's far more difficult to have all the ingredients available to doctor a Cheese Pizza into an Everything Pizza... or a Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper & Roasted Garlic Pizza without all those ingredients also being frozen and under the cheese.

SO WOULD PIZZA COMPANIES PLEASE STOP PUTTING PEPPERONI PIZZAS IN THE FREEZERS AND PLEASE GIVE US A MORE DIVERSE (AND HEALTHLY) SELECTION OF PIZZAS TO CHOOSE FROM?

I just by Cafliflour Foods Plant based crust (low carb grain free cauliflower pizza crust) online by the 10 stack case, top with Miyoko Vegan mozz cut into slices or shredded, and top with what ever and a tiny bit of no sugar added sauces.

I happen to like Against the Grain’s version of a pepperoni and cheese pizza, thank you and would appreciate if they continue making them. While I’d also be fine with them also coming out with a “supreme” type gluten-free pizza, I wouldn’t want one to replace the other. And let’s face it: If you’re looking to eat healthy, pizza isn’t the way to go.

Hey, let's be fair: any veg on pizza is healthier than no veg on pizza.  And while I'm no health nut, I do like my pizza to be at least somewhat well-rounded. Also, I maintain my stance: SO EASY TO ADD PEPPERONI TO A FROZEN PIZZA.  (Multiple other ingredients, not so much!)

And it's not like I asked for the Seafood Alfredo Pizza that we used to offer at my favorite spot back in the day. Spinach, feta, tomato, garlic and red onion should be a non-issue.  Pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, onion, peppers and olives all together... I mean, that's just what we call PIZZA.

Great news for anyone who is not only on a gluten-free diet: Bold Organics Veggie Lovers Pizza is also dairy-free and vegan.  This pizza is topped generously with organic roasted peppers, onions, shiitake mushrooms and Follow Your Heart's vegan mozzarella cheese.  My kids didn't even question the dairy-free cheese and just dug right in.  This thin crust pizza baked up beautifully, and we all loved the flavor and the texture!  Not to mention that this is a wonderful treat for those with additional food allergies for it is also free from peanuts, tree nuts and eggs.

Celiac.com 04/25/2016 - In a scandal that is shaping up to resemble the story of Paul Seelig, who sold "gluten-free" baked goods that were actually regular baked goods merely labeled "gluten-free," an Ohio couple is suing their local pizzeria for serving "gluten-free" pizza that they claim was just regular pizza labeled as gluten-free.
According to court documents, the Reynoldsburg, Ohio couple claims that, on April 11, 2014, they bought a pie from Donatos Pizza at 7580 East Broad Street in Reynoldsburg. The couple claims that the pizza was advertised as gluten-free, but was made with standard pizza dough, which contains wheat flour.
The couple is seeking compensation for nearly $9,000 in medical expenses, nearly $4,000 in lost wages and unspecified future damages.

Celiac.com 10/19/2017 - When I first saw the big advertisement that came through the mail I thought, "Wow, we are really getting somewhere!" However, when I read their advertisement my mind was quickly changed by what seems like false advertising.
It reads like a great deal of boasting, followed by the "disclaimer" (At the bottom. Who reads to the end of an advertisement?)
    Here's the disclaimer:

"Domino's pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Domino's DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming this pizza."
If I hadn't read that disclaimer, I could have gone out that night and purchased a Domino's Gluten...
