I had a sip of regular beer on accident 3 weeks ago. I paid for it dearly for 10 days and just now am starting to feel better. I had my blood drawn last Thursday to check ttg level. I've been gluten-free since my dx in March.

I have my GI followup appt tomorrow and I'm sitting here getting defensive already about my blood work that I haven't even seen.. I'm worried it's going to be high and he may think I haven't been strict with my diet.

My questions-

Would my ttg have even come down in such a short time being gluten-free?

If it had come down, would a sip of beer cause it to go up and stay up over 2 wks later?
